I asked my acupuncturist to recommend some books to give me a layman‘s overview of the theories of acupuncture and this was one of her suggestions. This would make a great reference, and I may use it in that way moving forward. However, for me it was too much information and I couldn‘t quite distill what I was looking for in this one. Here‘s hoping her other recommendation is a bit more accessible.

Hello from the laundry piles!!

Spending today catching up on laundry and on several books I am in the middle of. Hoping to clear the decks (nightstand and laundry baskets)!! At least until my work project comes in this afternoon.
