so-soI chose this as my most recent #audiobook after really enjoying another book by the same author. Sadly, I quickly realized this wasn't going to hit the same way as its predecessor, and I even stopped reading multiple times thinking I'd just DNF it. But then I'd tell myself I should give it more time. So I did, and while I hated every single character, I didn't end up hating the book itself. Truth be told, the storyline was reasonably decent. ⭐⭐⭐
