This gave good advice, sample meals/servings for each age. I do wish there was more explanation as to why some foods were recommended for 4-6 months and others not, but this is one I would revisit as needs change

Roary47 😍 I know I did acidic foods last just because the diaper rash was unreal for my first one. Maybe something about laying down verses sitting and standing on their own? 3mo
