I read this book years ago and had forgotten almost the entire story. I had forgotten how good the prose was and the world building was fabulous. A classic well deserving of the name. Seeing how I only read the first book of the series, now would be a good time to finish it. 4.5⭐️ #Seriesread2022

A prophecy foretells that a paring between a human and elven kind will result in an offspring that will overthrow the Elven lords. Dragons 🐉 have hidden their existence from elves and humans, but one dragon cannot resist saving the female baby she finds.

I was in the mood for an old-fashioned fantasy, but there were large sections of this story I was not interested in.

Tullulah is not very happy with my choices. #CatsofLitsy
