If you need a quick refresher before your book club or if you just need a little more help, then this study guide is for you. This unofficial companion to Cheryl Strayed's "Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail" contains a chapter by chapter analysis of the book, a summary of the plot, a guide to major characters / themes, and more. BookCap Study Guides do not contain text from the actual book, and are not meant to be purchased as alternatives to reading the book.

Mehso-so

This was a meh read. I had hoped it would be better. Skimmed through the last few pages. The first half was really engaging but the back half just felt like a slog through the same emotional territory over and over. Maybe it was too close to home.

knittedgnome I was just looking at A Walk in the Woods and am thinking maybe it will have some of what I felt Wild was missing. The first chapter was interesting. But that's as far as I am. 6y

My husband works as a bartender (his SECOND job on top of being a full time grad student and GM at ANOTHER restaurant) Thursdays I come in and get my fav tuna poke. Tonight I popped open Wild, sent to me by a friend, and I cried in public over the first chapter of a book. #thirstythursday #wine

ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled Wild is SO GOOD!! Enjoy! 6y
