I hit forty miles and twenty nine hours of audiobook listening this afternoon!

So happy to report my new totals:

As we inch closer to the finish line, I‘m curious what else everybody is doing to stay occupied during this pandemic? Or what are you doing to keep your sanity and not become too stressed?
Besides reading and walking, I have been learning to draw with Disney animators, working on my veggie seeds, and playing games!

Yes it has been two weeks but if you need motivation to get moving, join us now! Just record how long you walk and listen to audiobooks for and then share with everyone!

Today I really pushed myself to make sure I could get in a solid four miles - can‘t let this sunshine go to waste!

Let‘s try and read 40 Hours in 20 Miles! Run, stroll or hike : it doesn‘t matter! Track your progress and see how long it takes to meet BOTH goals!
I haven‘t seen any challenges like this yet, but I think this could really motivate us to get moving !
