Ashley_Nicoletto @L_auren I'm still working out the kinks - it's an evolving process but I stick to lots of eggs (I seriously keep them hard boiled in my fridge all the time) usually one egg two egg whites along with whole grains. Maybe a piece of wheat toast. I also eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and lean proteins. 7y
Ashley_Nicoletto @L_auren I try to eat every few hours, but today for example I had a eggs and a piece of dry wheat toast at 6 am. At 9 I had a banana, a serving of almonds, and low cal string cheese. For lunch I went with a turkey sandwich and cherry tomatoes and chicken with peppers and onions on brown rice for dinner. I also try to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. 7y
Ashley_Nicoletto @L_auren I definitely play it by ear and adjust my food by how my body feels - if I'm starving I eat. Especially after long workouts. Plus I drink a fair amount of water and coffee. 7y

L_auren @Ashley_Nicoletto Thanks :) 2017 is the year of the body for me. I lost 25 lbs and hope to lose about 10 more but mainly researching strategies for maintaining my weight once I reach my goal. Hoping some sort of cheat/non-cheat schedule 🤔 what nutrition do you focus on-- protein? 7y
Ashley_Nicoletto @L_auren Yay you! That's amazing and so hard. I definitely cheat. I have a lot of Mexican food and donuts and ice cream. Just in healthy balance. I try to go high protein and low refined sugar. Mostly just because I love sugar and would indulge in it constantly before. So I have to consciously eat it. 😂😂 my boyfriend is a bodybuilding lover so he pushes constant protein/carb balance. 7y
