Ugh. Seriously, if this weren‘t short stories by different authors, I‘d have bailed halfway through the first one. As it is, I‘ve finally finished the second story. One more to go. Shoot me now. I must stop pressing the read it now button on NetGalley. This so rarely works out for me. 😭
JazzFeathers I know. I've bailed on a number of Netgalley stories too. But l've also found the occasional pearl, so l suppose it's all worth it 6y

DGRachel @JazzFeathers Yes. After a disappointment like this one, I have to remind myself that I wouldn‘t have discovered Gods of Howl Mountain by Taylor Brown or Indianapolis by Lynn Vincent & Sara Vladic on my own. Those were two of the best books I‘ve read this year, so I should just be grateful for them. 6y
