pickI ate this one up. I was a little worried that it might not do well as an audiobook, but it actually worked out okay. It was a lovely, curated trip through some of the most influential inventors and she even highlights inventions patented by kids. This would be a fun STEM book to use with kids in a homeschool or co-op school setting. This would even be great for summer activities with kids. Even as an adult, I enjoyed this one tremendously.
GingerAntics I saw a lot of myself in Temple Grandin‘s discussion of building things from her imagination from whatever she could find as a kid. I did the same thing as a kid, so I think that little inventing, building inner child greatly enjoyed this book (which is probably why I inhaled it in less than 2 days). 8mo
