The jury has spoken and these are the final choices in the #CrimeSeriesBuddyRead @Andrew65 @Tove_Reads and @EadieB will be reading in 2019. Others will be welcome to join us.
We will start the first series the first week in January with the tagged book, which is the first book in the Detective Sean Duffy Series which is set in Northern Ireland.
This book was written in 2012, which I will mark off for my #CenturyofBooks Challenge.

Andrew65 @EadieB That was on Librarything. If you are talking about the Lacey Flint series. We did read the Craftsman on Litsy but the next book isn‘t published until 2020 according to Amazon. (edited) 5y

Tove_Reads @andrew65 @eadieb For the last few weeks I‘ve pretty much been just sleeping. Turns out I have a severe vitamin d deficiency. Last night I dreamed we had set up a time to discuss Heartstone, but I fell asleep. You were really angry with me because I didn‘t take part in it (because I fell asleep). 😃 I then took part in the heated discussion the following morning, but you wouldn‘t forgive me. 5y
EadieB @Tove_Reads I would forgive you no matter what. I had 1 parathyroid removed because of that same problem - low vitamin d and high calcium levels. 5y
Andrew65 @Tove_Reads One of our members of staff has had the same problem over the past few weeks, amazing what that vitamin deficiency causes, at one point we thought she was having a heart attack! I‘m a very forgiving person, and never hold grudges, but why didn‘t you read that book! 😂😂😂 Hopefully now it‘s known about you will start to feel better and more alive. (edited) 5y

Tove_Reads @EadieB Wasn‘t part of this blood test. I had iron storage deficiency earlier, so iron, d and thyroid were checked. 5y

Tove_Reads @andrew65 @eadieb Woohoo! The first Mo Hayder had gotten lost, but the library got it as an ebook! They have ordered the first Maeve Kerrigan book already in September, but I guess they haven‘t gotten it yet. There‘s something with the first book gone missing in all these mystery series I‘m about to read... 🤔😱😂 5y

Tove_Reads To be on the safe side... Because the first Maeve book got lost, and the library had ordered two new ones, and I don‘t know when they‘ll get here, so could we start (as planned) with McKinty and then move on to read the grim book by Mo? 5y
