I love urban legends! And one of my favorite episodes of Supernatural, “Bloody Mary,“ (S1, E5) is also one of the scariest IMHO. Plus, Sam and Dean go to Toledo, Ohio to investigate. I tried to grab a screenshot that wasn't too gruesome -- lots of blood in this episode.
