pickThis was a really heartwarming novel. Beginning in 1914, & spanning several decades, the story traces a German family who facing numerous adversities are forced to disperse. The one item that links them all is a beautifully crafted silver music box. While parts of the narrative come together to conveniently, I was still charmed.
