As I mostly read fiction, but have a reasonable number of non-fiction titles in my TBR, I need to try read some of them this year!

Each month I plan on picking 1 fiction book and 1 non-fiction book to read that month. For this month I have chosen my #LitsyAroundTheWorld book (The Heart is a Lonely Hunter) as my fiction book, and Walking the Nile as my non-fiction.

LeahBergen This one sounds good! 👍🏻 6y
SphinxFeathers I‘m about to embark on a literary journey down the Nile as well! Hope we both enjoy! 6y

Pickpick

Broke my own WWII ban to read this as I won it in order to review.
First off, I think it's YA, though I can't find anything to confirm this. It's set in a concentration camp and is a story of survival and hope. These stories never fail to make me despair that people ever sanctioned this against others 😢
I will do a more in-depth review for Readers First.

Balibee146 Why the WWII ban? #noseyparker 7y
TrishB @Balibee146 😀 just read so many of them in a short space of time as they seemed to be everywhere. It's not that I don't like them or they weren't good books but I just felt I'd done too many! I will go back to them of course. 7y
Balibee146 @TrishB i know what you mean I have so many books set in WWII or WWI! 7y
LeahBergen I like your #MatchingBookmark (let's start a new hashtag 😆). 7y
