Gabrielle Union reads this herself and it was interesting #PBNread2019
I've been wanting to read this, and it fits the #PBNread2019 challenge. I really might finish the challenge before the end of January.
I'm not very good at lining up the check marks but 🤷 This fits, because the whole trilogy is being turned into a television series this year, right? #PBNread2019
Am I going to finish this challenge before the end of January??? Without even meaning to? The Three-Body Problem was originally written in Chinese, by a Chinese SciFi author. #PBNread2019
Children's book I've never read! Is it cheating if it's a children's book that didn't yet exist when I was a child? Okay. January's not yet over and I'm half done with #PBNread2019
I will likely read 150+ audiobooks this year, but I'll put this one as the audiobook for #PBNread2019 because I think that it truly shines in audiobook form. It has 166 narrators! ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX.
This one's a retelling of The Iliad, from the perspective of Briseis. Last year, I read The Song of Achilles, which is also a retelling of that story, from the perspective of Patroclus. I enjoyed SoA better, but this one was pretty great, and is one I read in 2019, so it counts for the fifth on the #PBNread2019 list
I'll read anything Amie Kaufman writes, but now that I've read two series by her, I think I can tell the influence of the second writer #PBNread2019
Progress on #PBNread2019
This is a good one for the first item on the list
Interesting to assess how far I've come on this list this year! Let's start with this one, which was a book club pick. #PBNread2019
