Pickpick

I've always loved the stories if Hans Christian Anderson since I first heard them as a child.

This is a fabulous little collection of his trade mark fairy tales - classic yet morally ambiguous at times.
I reviewed my larger collection of HCA stories last year & there were a few overlaps, but still enjoyable 😊

Jazz was an excellent lead - occassionally cocky, self assured, feisty and fully aware if her limitations. Best of all, she was a refreshing step back from the conventionally beautiful westerner. The cast of characters around her were brilliant and vibrant, fascinatingly diverse and just generally awesome.

And honestly who isn't hooked by the idea of smuggling on the moon? I know I was.

...

TCLinrow I loved how carefully thought out the moon city was, and how much thought had gone into the law and politics of the place.

A strong 4&1/2 stars for me.

It's been so long since I did a readathon! 😊

Thank you @Andrew65 for setting one up! #EasterExtravaganza

Super excited! Not sure what to expect from myself (I'm only working 2 day this weeks because I took some time off for my birthday on the 19th), so I think I'm gonna do a few targets and see how many I can do 😎
