pickRarely do I grab a book to read over and over. The exception is the fantastical-witty-inventive-disquieting #TheLibraryatMountChar. It‘s not quite horror, more surreal. Characters, motivations, and little details further plot and enjoyment. 100% recommend. Absolute treasure of a novel. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📖 to read.
so-soSo, I think this is a good autumn read - it's crazy bizarre. And I kind of liked Carolyn, the MC. But I don't have the super fondness for it that I know others do. It was good, but not something I'll recommend all over the place. Requires the right mood, I think. Might make a good book club read too, because it is seriously a wild ride.
