MayJasper I am reading this. I am struggling a bit. I love his descriptions but am not too keen on the characters especially the main ones. I struggle to have any empathy with Grandfather in particular. 5y
Centique @MayJasper good luck! I love his writing too, but yes, his main characters in this one just didn‘t connect with me either. Still it was a very influential book so I‘m glad I read it. 5y
