Had to read Bleak House in college and it slowly (because it‘s a monster and took a long time to read) became one of my favorites (and I don‘t know that I could really tell you why).

EscapedAcademic @justagirlwithabook I am pretty sure it involved both gin and milk or something...it was gray and cloudy. I had it at Dickens Universe, this week-long retreat for academics. The book that year was Bleak House and every night they served a different themed cocktail. It was an AMAZING week. 7y
