pickI went back & forth w/ this one. There were elements I thought pulled me out of the story (Laura Potsdam) & there were elements I thought I could have been beefed up (Henry, Bishop/Bethany, Pwnage). But overall, this is Samuel & Faye‘s story and it‘s a sad, funny, beautiful, tragic one. I‘m glad I stuck with it. so-so3✨ I could have done without the crude sexual conversations and situations that happened in this book. It did not add anything to the story except cringing. The concept of normal people collecting souls that would be passed to another that didn‘t have one yet was an interesting concept that I was interested in. I‘m planning on reading the next book and hope that it dropped the crudeness.
Going to join in on the #JoyousJanuary #Readathon since I'm still bitter about the Chargers have the worst coach in NFL history and probably won't watch any games. Just some small goals for myself as I won't have too much time to read during the week.
