I listened to this on audio and ended up really enjoying it. It was just a fun, escapist novel. The main character was frustrating at times, but I ended up really liking her.

This started off really good, but I have to admit I wasn‘t as interested in some parts (possible like the Russian spy stuff and when the reader followed the “bad guys”). But following Cassie as she tried to figure out what to do certainly kept me interested. And knowing and following the “bad guys” separately did keep up the tension in parts of the book, so there was a reason for it.
THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT eBook is only $2.99 right now. Have you read the novel that @USATODAY called an "expertly turned thriller"? @DoubledayBooks
Meh.
It was a bit difficult to empathize with the protagonist, as her poor decision-making skills played a big part in all of her problems. It's an okay read, but I wouldn't rush out to pick it up. Now I have to check out the show, because I do feel the storyline has potential.
Still two days left to enter to win signed copies of these three novels. And, remember, my cursive is very good (humble brag). Click the link to enter. Thanks, @doubledaybooks ! https://sites.prh.com/chris-bohjalian-signed-copy-giveaway
Watched just the first episode of the series ages ago and never made time for it again but when I noticed this on Cloud Library I decided to give it a go.
I liked it.
It was an okay thriller. The beginning and end of the book were good, but the middle was a bit boring.
Tomorrow, we launch our month-long Reading Festival in our college and it gives me great pleasure and honor to be interviewing Her Excellency Isobel Abulhoul, OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) and founder of the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature and Magrudy‘s, the longest-running bookstore here in the UAE. It‘s open to all. 11:30 AM - 1230 PM UAE time. Here‘s the zoom webinar link: https://bit.ly/CEDU_ReadingFestival_Opening
