🥰 This book might just be my absolute favorite from the series. The worry and anxiety of Ralan is how I feel I live my day to day life. I felt like I was seen and understood reading his story. It resonates with me on such a level that when we get to his happy scenes I feel extremely giddy and excited. I have felt this happy from the ending of a book as I do today. I adore Ralan‘s energy and attitude, how great a father he is to young Eri, and

Imagen_leigh and most definitely how he treats his souldbonded Cora. 🩷

So many things happened in the world of the Moranaians in this book. It only keeps getting better with each new book. Being able to switch to a different view point of someone in the story for each book is amazing. You still get to see the continuation of the lives of those you‘ve read about in the previous books,

Delbin and Inona don‘t have as big a story as the rest, but the work they do together in such a short amount of time will greatly alter the evil plans of the bad guy 😆 I wish I had some more time with them, oh well!

I also really enjoyed the short story at the end of this book. It was really good and I would love to see it expanded upon in its own book(s)📕

Showing love for Book 2 ❤️❤️❤️ I could feel the changes in this book as the authors writing improved. Lyr's connection with his daughter growing stronger was heartwarming. I enjoyed reading about his relationship with Meli as he believed he would never find another soulbond. As for Meli, I Ioved how much she began to open up as a person the longer she stays in Moranaia. Seeing her grow stronger and more brazen was truly inspiring.

Finished my last book by Beth Krommes and absolutely loved everything about it. The artwork was superb as well as the fantasy tales of different creatures like fairies, gnomes, selkies, etc. Learned more about the fictional creatures and it's perfect for any age to read this book.

Book #1 in A Return of the Elves series, I love this book. I would say that my favorite part is the soul bond between Kai and Arlyn, but really the whole story is my favorite. Arlyn finding her father and him accepting her into the family was heartwarming. The introduction of Kai and Arlyn's bond is so sweet in this first book. War on the rise? Maybe. Future king who is a Seer? Really cool.

Two royal envoys, Calarian and Benji, are on a quest to help the duke of Tournel with a mountain troll problem. What could possibly go wrong? Well, the duke goes splat! The "new" duke is the first "idiot" the two elfs meet, Lars Melker the cowherd. And that sets the wheels in motion which might lead to a dictatorship or the first constitutional dukedom in Aguillon.

Add in their mutual attraction to Lars and emotions might happen, as well as ?️

#WhereAreYouMonday @Cupcake12

In the country of Aguillon, in a town near the mountains, where two elves try to help the just appointed new duke (former cow-herd) with a mountain troll problem.

Funny, queer, D&D like, adventure story with 🌶️

Themes: Christmas Noir Mystery (but satire), Over the top humor, Fantasy

This was a quirky read, I enjoyed it but it wouldn‘t need to be a yearly re-read. It really made me want to re-watch every Christmas movie it referenced, and there were a lot mentioned!
