Hollie @ValerieAndBooks I‘m writing an article on Drue Leyton Tartiere (an American actress who married a Frenchman and then joined the resistance, saving downed British and American flyers near occupied Paris- one of whom was my grandfather). This is the beginning of the research pile, but hopefully it will get me a start! 6y

Hollie @ValerieAndBooks I‘ll see what I can do! The Americans in Paris was a good read, she‘s featured in that book. She faked uterine cancer to escape Nazi internment so she could get back to resistance work! 6y
