I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it.

For safety Eve & Joe take Cara home, but her enemies quickly arrive. They decide to hide on the treasure hunt expedition Jane was wrangled into in the wilds of Scotland. After a few days of peace enemies show up bringing their violence with them. Did not like the level of dangling the ending brings.

After insane Doane captures Eve to recreate his dead evil son, Eve manages to escape for a while. In the meantime, all her family and friends are closing in on the area where Doane took her. A crazy ending.

Mehso-so

Settling on a so-so, but verging on a pan. I wanted a quick audio and pulled this one off my shelf. I apparently have not read any Iris Johansen before, and honestly wasn‘t overly impressed. Too cliche‘d, too predictable, too meh.
