So, I have to say “so-so“, just because... I feel like it had a weird way of discussing the romance had a 4th wall type element but felt “wrong“ about it. The actual murder/mystery I enjoyed and was surprised by the killer; just.. I don't know. Something about the writing was just “not for me“

I ask my hubby to grab a book for me to read and I‘m not sure where he is getting these from (don‘t remember getting this one) anyway, it‘s book 2 of the series but so far (bout 50 pgs) it seems like I don‘t need to read the first one.

Never really wanted a ferret before. And now… I know I‘m not interested in them! 😬
