This reading teacher is a firm believer in this stat- that's why my students have a reading contact of 20 minutes per day, but most surpass the goal🙂

hermyknee 🙌🏽 I start each class period with my kids reading self-selected books for 10 minutes. It‘s always a struggle at the beginning, but once they learn they can‘t get out of it, it goes...well? It goes well-ish. Some days it goes well, some days it just goes 😅 #teachersoflitsy (edited) 5y
