I can't say I have original tips for coping: breathing, letting go of unrealistic goals, delegating if possible... 12mo
When my household is stressed, I usually place a pot of water at a slow simmer with uncrushed Allspice. While not 💯, the aromatherapy of the smell seems to inspire smiles 😊. (edited) 12mo
