I remembered the basics but had forgotten so much- and going on Cooper's emotional journey (he's really going through it!!!) was SO GOOD. Will I be brave enough to move on to book 3... where it very much looks like the boys will be going through it again - but this time with Oliver's family being the ones entangled in a murder investigation? TBD.

The ending was a bit quick and hand waving but I didn't really mind that. The romance was sweet and had a natural build up.
