For a quarter century, I wrote a weekly column for the Burlington Free Press called “Idyll Banter.” Right now, the ebook collecting the best of the first ten years is on sale for $1.99. Treat yourself!

marleed Oh how fun. I‘ll do just that! 3w
Amiable I just bought this yesterday! Looking forward to reading it. My husband and I love Vermont—his mom lived in the Northeast Kingdom near Jay Peak for 25 years. 3w

My four #CastTheDie books. I‘d love to read all four this month but we‘ll see how it goes.

Enjoyed this sweet hockey romance! It‘s a fake dating and grumpy-sunshine, but it‘s also clean, so if you must have spice in your romance, then this might not be for you.

A delightful, charming book about a man who has an accident that upends his life, which compels Virgil to forge a new and circuitous path to a changed existence. It all takes place in a small dying midwestern town with several endearing quirky characters. It‘s funny and hopeful. Engaging, entertaining, old fashioned storytelling.
