#LittensLoveRomance Ch.35-end/review: I‘m so glad Noah‘s sister smacked some sense into him and instead of sabotaging his relationship he went to see Amelia. It was a great ending and a nice big gesture on his part (buying the iPhone too❤️). I really liked this book even though it was definitely a slow burn lots of pining type of romance. I fell in love with the town too, and the quirky people. I will definitely be heading back to Rome, Kentucky.

mcctrish I enjoyed it and can‘t believe I haven‘t made pancakes yet 😆 4d
OriginalCyn620 I did enjoy this as well. I read Practice Makes Perfect, the 2nd book in the series, not realizing at the time that it was part of a series. I absolutely loved that one, and now I will definitely read the other 2 books in the series! 4d

The tagged book, When in Rome, is based off of the movie shown, Roman Holiday.

Has anyone seen this movie?

I haven‘t.

Another book I‘m reading, Big Great Beautiful Life, has also mentioned this same movie!

What are the odds that two books at the same time have mentioned the same movie?!

Billypar I didn't know it was based on a book. Roman Holiday is my favorite Audrey Hepburn movie and one of my favorite classic movies period. 4d
TheBookHippie I love this movie. 4d
CarolynM The movie is delightful! 4d

charl08 Lovely film: for me the background (fifties Rome) often steals the show though... 4d
TheKidUpstairs I love this movie, it's a delight! Probably my second favourite Audrey Hepburn film (Funny Face is my number one) 4d
CogsOfEncouragement I watched it so long ago I didn‘t remember the details. I adore Audrey too and I think I‘ve seen all her films at least once. 4d
CrowCAH @Billypar @TheBookHippie @CarolynM @charl08 @TheKidUpstairs @CogsOfEncouragement it would seem Roman Holiday and Audrey have a lot of love here from the Littens! I‘ll have to add it to the watch list! 3d
TieDyeDude Agreed with everyone above; a delightful movie with lovely performances! Hope you enjoy it. 2d

#LittensLoveRomance Ch.31-32: well they took things to the next level. Better to have loved and lost is their thinking. YOLO and all that. Honestly- there‘s no going back now! They were already in love. Now they‘ve only cemented their feelings. I get that Noah was hurt but him comparing Amelia so much to Merritt is doing her a disservice.

Kshakal I agree… Amelia is not merrit and Noah needs to see that!! 6d
vonnie862 Now, how long before Amelia decides to stay in Rome with Noah? 6d
OriginalCyn620 Yes, being cautious is one thing, but protecting is a whole other animal. 6d
CrowCAH The end of chapter 22 ended with a big idea! Will she stick to it?! It‘s difficult not to compare one person to another, especially when their “big city” circumstances are so similar. 4d

A very sweet romance with no spice, a grumpy man, an evil assistant/manager and Taylor Swift vibes ( imo) #littensloveromance

mom2bugnbee I thought this one was sweet! 6d

And we have another favourite in contention. Two wonderfully light, rom-com-y books in a row is a wonderful streak to find myself on. Amd their fall and cozy too which is nice. Soon it'll be all christmas, all the time, and I'm not quite ready for that. #57-2025

Excellent writing with interesting characters, this book kept a steady pace and had a satisfactory ending for me. Recommended if you like introspective main characters, and a midwestern setting where not all the character threads are tied off neatly at the end.

HeatherBookNerd Loved that book 5d
