This book opened my eyes to the idea of time travel,& wider universes beyond the Earth.I loved the word “tesseract”its meaning & implications.I devoured all her books, her memoirs, all she wrote. I wanted to know this author & her work.

My favorite children's book isn't in the horror genre, but it's the first book that gave me the titillation that comes with being so scared, but wanting, NEEDING to keep turning the pages. So began my love affair with the macabre. I still love that feeling.
