pickThe main premise of this book is whether or not the 16th Amendment of the Constitution legalized federal income tax. Was there a problem with the 1913 ratification of the law? N Korea has gotten info about this top secret and could bring the US to their knees. This book was not my favorite of the series. I will, however, continue with the series as I need to keep up with Cotton‘s adventures. I would recommend this book to those who like history.
