If you work with websites and you haven‘t read this book, doooo! It‘s hugely helpful and very fun. Krug is very funny and the illustrations are great.

If you don‘t work with websites, but you‘re interested in what works and doesn‘t, you might like this, too.

On a usable website, your average person can figure out how to do what they need or want to do—without the hassle outweighing the payoff. ❤️

Wowza what a read! It is geared toward a younger audience making it a straightforward read but holds your attention throughout the whole book. I mentioned earlier I initially thought this was nonfiction (😅) so the writer is very persuasive with her prologue and epilogue to set the scene with the main character. A young high schooler becomes famous with his internet sermons under an alter identity.

So I‘m reading this for book club and was absolutely convinced this is a non-fiction book only for the rest of the group to tell me it‘s not????😩😩 I‘m crushed honestly! But that‘s what makes it good writing 😏 Larry is very wise!

The #20in4 couldn‘t have come at a better time. I‘m sick about the news so I‘m going on a little self-protection reading vacation. (With occasional anger and despair flare-ups.) So thank you, @Andrew65 !

I‘m focusing on finishing books/page counts. The first books are on my #bigjunereadathon list.

—Don‘t Make Me Think—finish (easy read)
—He Saw That It Was Good—finish (contemplative read)
—The Great Passage—100 pages

Andrew65 Totally agree about the news 😡 Hope the readathon helps. 2y

An old children‘s book I never read, but it was a cute read! Follows a handful of kids and their worries ranging from having a crush to not wanting their stepmother. Cute read filled with British humor that may not be everyone‘s cup of tea. A bit of a product of it‘s time, but I liked it.

Just trying to get through my physical TBR, and trust me I‘ve got a long way to go haha. Promise it‘s not all comics and children lit. 😂

4/5🌟

Helpful overview of the importance of web usability; not ground breaking but a quick pleasant read

I am busy building my author website using Wordpress. I am no expert but have managed to teach myself via the internet, and the book WordPress For Dummies. Many years ago I taught myself Photoshop using another 'For Dummies' publication. Above is one of my illustrations created using this software. These books, I recommend them to all :)
