We had to put our cat down a few days before Christmas, and didn't get a new one until a couple of days ago. So I don't have any Christmas photos of pets (our dogs know our shenanigans well and hide), so I'm cheating and posting a pic of my other favorite #wildthing. My daughter, playing with her Mickey she got from Grandpa & Mimi, laughing bc it sings ❤ I know it probably doesn't count but it's my #festive500giveaway and #payitforward entry.

vkois88 @MrBook thank you. It was very sad. But we went and saved another cat from our spca. She has spine damage, so her back legs are kind of wonky. Her chances of being adopted by anyone else were slim. So now we can give her the love she needed ♡ Also; I'm pretty fond of the pic too ;) 6y

vkois88 @booksandteajulie thank you. It was a tough time, and we still miss him. But we decided to go ahead and save another cat that may not otherwise have gotten a loving home. She's older and has some spinal damage that makes her walk funny. She's my mom's so I don't spend a lot of time with her but she seems pretty sweet. As for Mari, she's a handful and such a joy. Even when she's so sleepy like she was in this pic lol 6y
