Finally met Strider again, and I'm sooooooo happy. But I miss Tom Bombadil already.
Wir haben gerade unseren Buchblog gestartet: buechergnomen.wordpress.com
Schaut doch mal vorbei! 😊
Beautiful! And so true...

Just started my #Tolkien #reread for this year 😊
#hdrreadathon
Wow, I didn't expect it to be so boring... Nicely written, but I couldn't get into it.
I really like the way she writes, but at the end, there's too much deity in it for me. But a nice read for anyone who's ok with that 😋
Hoped to be a dwarf but being a Maiar isn't bad either 😊
I love this #Tolkien picture. The book is really gripping, so much background information and the building of a whole world in the first stages. Love it!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I absolutely loved this book! It's a page-turner and I just couldn't stop reading. It's not so much about the end of the world but about what's really important for you and what you essentially want your life to be and like. It's about a man finally finding himself and reflecting what's really essential in life. It really made me think about mine and my priorities.
Wow. Das Buch ist richtig toll! Wer High Fantasy mit Tempo mag und viele Perspektivwechsel verträgt, sollte sich das unbedingt anschauen!
So, my first King book after a long time... I haven't read anything from King for at least 10 years, so let's see if he still gives me the creeps ;)
Very interesting stories, very disturbing...
A lot of violence against women which is quite shocking.
Read the first 8 stories now and I'm really flashed... The stories are great, some of them, like "The Screwfly Solution" or "Your Faces, o my Sisters" are really disturbing and make me think about the world we live in...
It's nice to be back in Amy's world, but I had some difficulties with all the characters and their connections again. In the end, everything was clear but in the beginning I was a bit lost between all of them.
I liked the book very much, but it's not as overwhelming as the first one. The different time lines are very interesting and I like to see what happens to all the people and their descents in the future.
The end is very promising!
This cover is a bit creepy. Loved The Passage, let's hope this one is a good sequel :)
