Terry Ives deserved so much more. This book was extra emotional knowing how hard she fought but ultimately lost in the end. I‘m a little confused why they didn‘t get into how she went insane. I understand losing a child could do that. But I would‘ve liked to see that piece of the story too. This does make El killing Brenner even more satisfying. There is no doubt after this piece of the story that he was a monster.
