I loved Eleanor and her story. The setting made me want to return to Scotland immediately. I‘m sad that I read this so quickly because I wasn‘t ready for it to end.

I would give this book 3.5 stars. It was part mystery, part romance, part time travel. I liked it, but felt like it wrapped up too quickly. All in all, a pleasant read and I will most likely read the next in the series.
