LOL Decanting is pretty exciting, apparently.

E.H.Kern In the episode of Upstairs Downstairs where Hudson the butler has a heart attack decanting becomes a metaphor for the power struggle between the footmen. Brilliant writing! 8y

If you like science in your cocktails, this is the book for you! A lot of Arnold's tips are too advanced or technical for the home bartender, but it's still fascinating, and I learned several great tips—like how make the perfect gin & tonic.
