I don't can know how to begin to describe this book. From the very beginning it dragged me in. I wish I didn't have to take breaks (darn adult responsibility) because I would have read this straight through. Every character was perfect. Everything that happened had your blood rushing. And at the end they flipped the switch on you just to make it even more perfect. I hope there is a #2 in the works somewhere! 🎪

Beginning: couldn't put it down
Middle: pretty good then bad then just eye roll inducing
End: anticlimactic then just plain stupid

This really took me forever to read. And I'm heartbroken it wasn't good because I truly was so excited about this book. And omg it's so beautiful 😭

Ok the beginning of this was really hard to get into. It took me a couple days to really get deep into the story. However, the ending was the savior to the beginning and convinced me to read the second book.

I love Sarah Dessen books. Like love them so much I own every single YA book she's ever written. So no doubt was I excited about this one. However, while I still loved it and it still contained the classic Sarah touches it just fell short for me. It was funny in the beginning but I seriously found myself confused by like page 100. And then 20 pages later it's like I entered another book. So while I still loved it it's not as good as her others.
