...aaaand 40 pages later I give up, haha. I'm just not crazy about the loooong meandering sentences and the complete and total lack of plot. Maybe it would have gotten better, but I would start a sentence and then by the next page when the sentence was over I would already forget what it was about. Oh well.

Decided to go for a classic old book that's been in my TBR pile for YEARS.

Most of these are pretty good - but occasional poems reach out and grab me by the heart. I kept debating selling the book when I was done but some of the poems are worth keeping.

Sometimes you just wanna read cheesy young adult romance.

Such a beautiful book! Her way with words always leaves me in awe.

The plot might not be my favorite thing ever, but my god the prose is AMAZING.
