Lying Game | Ruth Ware

Pickpick

I really enjoyed this book! It was all about this game they had to play that made them do things they would not do normally. The game gets more intense as it goes on. They earned points for how good they lied. They learned that lies came with consequences as they went on. The point of view in this book was through Isa. If you like books that have mystery and cliffhangers I would definitely recommend this book.

MissYaremcio Thank you for the review Lisa! Remember that POV is like 1st person, 3rd omniscient etc. and is developed using specific literary techniques! 4/6 5y

I have so far really enjoyed this book. It is about four girls who go on adventure and are quickly brought together by The Lying Game. This is a contest making them do things they normally wouldn‘t do. Now that they are back together they are realizing that their lies from the past are coming back to haunt them. They need to do something to protect themselves. If you are interested in books with mystery then I would for sure recommend this book!

MissYaremcio Great review Lisa! The only thing you were missing was the motif and the explanation, otherwise great work! 4/6 5y
