Every month, I put different books in a basket for my 16 month old granddaughter, Vera. I put in classic books that I‘ve had since my teaching days, board books—anything I think she might like. I‘m going for different textures, different types of illustrations. I didn‘t have any real Valentine books so I went with love, flowers & a late winter theme. It‘s one of my favorite ways to help her parents raise a reader!
January reads—such a fun reading month!
❄️4 audio books ❄️5 library books Standouts were Destiny of the Republic, Head Cases & Eddie Winston is Looking for Love. Hope you had a great reading month too!
It‘s currently storming outside—some of the best reading weather😁
Current stack of books! Lord Of The Rings is my slow but steady for the foreseeable future. Onyx Storm is a buddy read & library book so it‘s taking precedence over Head Cases at the moment! The dragons are still very cool!🐉
