I very rarely read a book through in one sitting but when you start identifying from the first page? It's so extremely rare to find someone who truly understands the unholy union of depression and anxiety AND can communicate it in a way that just makes your brain say "yes! yes! EXACTLY!".
The pace, structure, terminology, language- everything was perfect - probably for a "normal" person - especially for those whose brains function differently.

There is no right or wrong way. Every experience is different yet they share a chord - but talking about it rather than letting stigma isolate us is vital

I'm not even past the prologue and I'm in tears, saying "Yes! That's exactly it!" - Hold on. This looks like it's going to be one hell of a ride
