pickHOLY SMOKES! I put off reading this entirely too long. The idea of it even having religion in it made me think do I really want read this? To top it off I‘m a solid fantasy reader I have a really hard time getting into contemporaries but I‘m so happy I took a chance on this one thanks to Emma Books on YouTube. I usually don‘t annotate contemporaries when I do happen to read them but this one had so mnany moments I just had to document. 5/5 Stars!
