I didn‘t love this book. I thought it was kind of boring and I really didn‘t like any of the characters all that much. There was also way too much political nonsense for my taste. Oh well. Some people have really loved it so maybe it was just me🤷🏻‍♀️

Honestly, if I didn‘t already know the story I probably wouldn‘t have finished the book itself. I was curious to see how the original differed from the movie. I really didn‘t like the way it was written. I‘m sure the die hard King fans wont be too happy about that 😂 but I like chapters 🤷🏻‍♀️

SlytherinBookLady I‘m not even sure if I‘ve ever read the book. I love the movie though 3y

I absolutely loved this book! I loved Sam and Irene. I thought their love story was wonderful. It was well written and a fairly quick read. I‘ve never read anything else by this author but definitely will
In the future. Thank you to NetGalley and HarperCollins for the ARC!

This was a solid 4star read for me. Right up until the killer was revealed. The ending ruined it for me. Oh well.

I thought this was pretty good. Creepy and weird, as expected. I was once again slightly disappointed though, as I wanted the book to be scary and wasn‘t scared one bit.

I really liked most of this book. The characters were likable and it was well written. The story was good and I liked how the main incident was told from different points of view. I didn‘t really like the resolution of the mystery. I thought it was kind of vague. I would have liked more concrete details.
Other than the ending, it was pretty good. I would definitely recommend it.

I received this book from the publisher in return for my honest opinion. I didn‘t expect to like this book but I really did. It was an interesting idea that became a very interesting story. Not my usual genre but I would definitely recommend it if you‘re looking for a good read.
It was well-written too. And I loved the short chapters.

I never write bad reviews but I really didn‘t like this book at all. I was looking forward to a good, scary, story based on other reviews. I didn‘t find it scary at all. It all seemed a bit ridiculous to me, especially the “cure”. Oh well.

The cab smelled like the Marlboro Man had fucked the St. Pauli Girl in the back seat, while permitting the driver to watch under the condition that he swear off deodorant forever. #Icansmellthis 🤢

I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. I thought this was a pretty good book. The story kept my attention and it was well written. There were no major twists or confusing plot lines so don‘t expect any. I liked the characters and while it wasn‘t a super shock, I think the killers identity was a surprise. I would recommend this book and most likely read other works by the author, as I haven‘t yet.

Anybody else read this from NetGalley and get super frustrated with it? For whatever reasons, the formatting is just horrible. I get that it‘s “uncorrected” but “fi” and “ff” don‘t show up in the text and it‘s so annoying! Also where the page breaks and new chapters are in the text, show up in the middle of a page. I was really looking forward to reading this but it‘s difficult!

I‘m about 150 pages in and it hasn‘t grabbed me yet. It just isn‘t holding my attention for more than a few pages at a time. 🙁

I received this #arc from the publisher #CeledonBooks. I really liked this book. It was a quick read and I liked most of the characters. Except for Henry. He should have fallen off the sailboat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
