Watching American Gods episode 1. May need a re-read. It's been a few years.

Really interesting read, and quite funny. They had me with cuddling cafes in japan. Until they got to the ear cleaning.
I recently read another book by Blake Crouch. And the Wayward Pines series keeps coming up as recommended. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Immediately started Wayward. The absolutely crazy twists and turns are a joy to follow, and I'm hoping the next 2 really dig into the characters we meet in Wayward Pines.
I loved this book. The audio version is well narrated. Getting to know Overview was certainly a pleasure! A man called Ove and his merry band of crazy people.
this was a freebie either prime or samsung. it's ok. I like the before and after style of story telling captured here, and parts are very relatable.
Getting in another quick read before year end.
I really enjoyed #Girlboss. this passage about being cool really resonates with me. I've never considered myself conventionally cool. I've never felt like I fit in. I've always tried to be kind. I've always been weird. and I've often been the girl who didn't know anyone at the party...and stood there alone.
thanks for the book rec @carys14! staring today on my drive to work!
This book was weirdly amazing. I was finding reasons to get in my car and drive places so I could listen to it. Very thought provoking. I wanted to know more about several of the story lines that meet up, then diverge. seriously amazing. narrator was great for the audio version.
ok. I love the Aurora Teagarden books. like adore. and I was super excited for this one. it's ok. maybe I need a reread to refresh myself, but I don't think so. it was...ok. I liked it fine, but maybe it's just been too long, and like an ex, you can never quite get the magic back. I dunno. I'm still giving it a pick. it's not bad, it's just not the same.
next up on Audible. I like this series, and I am excited to see where it goes.
Over the years, I have grown to love the Lady Emily series. This one has a bit of a different feel, and I enjoyed it.
Free on Audible right now, I picked this up this morning for a drive to and from Greensboro. It was great. I really enjoyed this book, and the narration from Zachary Quinto.
Finished the audiobooks today. Overall, I loved it. I enjoyed the first narrator more, and that part of the story more. I felt drawn in, and invested. the last part was so short in comparison, and I didn't feel as connected to that part of the story.
I read this passage during my yoga class tonight, and it really resonated with me. #enjoythepieces #yoga
a little before work reading. The Charming Cure series is a cute, lite read that I can pick up, and not think too hard about. which I usually need during the week.
nearing the end of this. I'm glad I'm reading these freebie books I get through Prime and Samsung. this book is the third in a row that has moved me, given me a lot to think about, and, yes, made me cry.
currently reading the latest Hellequin. I have a very diverse reading library. I like reading a lot of different things.
audio books make me less stabby in traffic. this one should last awhile.
