This is the first time in my life that I am consistently sticking to reading daily meditations. Occasionally I skip a day or two, and find time to go back to those readings later. This quote is from a few days ago, but it feels so relevant today, I‘m glad I waited. 💜💜💜

Today‘s reading is directly related to a problem I was venting about last night. Maybe you need to see it too. Love to all my Littens.
This quote from my readings this week really resonated with me! It has been tough to balance my certification classes this month with establishing my small life coaching business. I needed the reminder to enjoy all the creative progress I am making!
A big cheer to everyone participating in #24in48. 👏👏👏
Our county is having its annual Connect with Culture day, and this year we visited The Raptor Center, a fantastic conservation center located in a nearby nature preserve. It‘s a bit of a retirement home for injured raptors.
Yesterday, the tagged book‘s daily reading reminded me to cherish and visit my favorite places, and that is just what I did! I 💚 the Latta Preserve. #LitsyWalkers ⬇️⬇️
Thanks to @4thhouseontheleft I dug out my copy and am going to make an effort to include the reading in my morning routine.
Winter is my least favorite season, but I‘ve been trying really hard to embrace it a bit more so I don‘t spend 3 months of the year moping and waiting for the next season to arrive.
I needed this message today!

Does anyone else get monthly allergy shots? I‘m going on 4 years now, and I still have occasional months where my immune system goes crazy after a shot. That happened today, and after non-stop sneezing for an hour, my throat and nose are both raw, and one of the shot sites is massive and sore. I‘m definitely in for the night, curled up under a blanket reading!
The wine is hubby‘s, I‘m having Traditional Medicinals Throat Cure tea. And Benadryl.
Today‘s passage really resonated with me this morning.
I was being quite hard on myself for missing an ACLU meeting last night. This serves as a gentle reminder to be kind and attentive to myself. Such as acknowledging the reason I missed the meeting as a worthy excuse: an afternoon of mother/daughter time (that ran longer than planned) that was needed for both of us.
I have been reading the daily affirmations from Journey to the Heart in the morning on the days I go to yoga! I have never been one to like daily reading style books (secular ones are few and far between), but this one soothes my soul. 😊
Thanks for including it in my #NFBE box @ElishaLovesBooks ! 🧘♀️ ❣️
Wow!!! ❣️🌟 📚💙 What an amazing box of bookish fun and goodies!! @ElishaLovesBooks I don‘t know how you managed to pick the nonfiction books I wished for the most! 😍 I almost bought Journey of the Heart a few weeks ago (but didn‘t!). It‘s used often in classes at the yoga studio I go to.
And the tea, bookmarks, face masks, bath salts & more...exactly what I need after my long drive home yesterday! Thank you so much!!

I read this passage during my yoga class tonight, and it really resonated with me. #enjoythepieces #yoga
