If there is one fandom I will indulge myself with, it is this one. Including having different versions of the same books! Avec ce deuxième volume du Protocole de la crème anglaise de @GailCarriger , on plonge dans univers steampunk un peu loufoque, très british, où les loups-garous et les vampires sont des citoyens londoniens comme les autres. Cette série est à la fois plein d'humour et d'aventures, et un régal à lire!
La plume de Carrière rend cette lecture extrêmement drôle et un plaisir à déguster...avec un thé !

The story, the characters were great but what I loved the most was this atmosphere of secrets and magic, painted so vividly by the author. The writing style was really fantastic and I was carried away, playing the game too! Full review on my blog ;)

Je ne lis pas souvent de dystopies, car elles semblent trop futuristes mais ce n'est pas le cas ici. Le monde de Célestine est si proche du nôtre, on pourrait presque y être. Destiny soulève des problèmes très actuels, des travers dans lesquels l'être humain plonge encore et encore. Nous les vivons à travers le regard de Célestine, nous suivons ses réflexions, ses peurs, ses questionnements, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus réelle !
