This book was the definition of creative writing running amuck. Did it drive me insane? Yes. Am I going to keep reading? Also yes. I gotta see how the baddie becomes the love interest.
I just hope the author reins in the metaphors and ridiculous turns of phrase and just tells the story. I'm fully convinced that the FMC is actually insane because of the way her mind works.
I also graduated from college and became branch manager of my library. It's been a busy year.
