Starting 50% of the book is so amazing that you will not want to get up and break the flow at all.

After the book managed to get your hopes high, it will fail to amaze you that for the rest 50%.

All the same it is a Stephen king master piece and worth a read.

The Nazi era and the cruelty on jews is so heart wrenching. Death would make you realise that.
