Lots of mixed reviews about this one, but I actually really enjoyed it. I enjoy the way it's written from multiple perspectives and time frames. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a book that you won't want to put down!

So I pretty much love Jane Green anyway because she has a way of writing that is so relatable. This book hit home in 1,000,001 ways and I think that's probably true for most of its readers.
Food & the kitchen bring people together and the people in this story are no different. The intricacies of every day life and the beauty of lovingly cooking food for those that you love are woven through this book.
I received a huge box of her books for my book club and that was the first time I was introduced to her work. I have been in love with her story telling ever since.
I'm hopelessly addicted to her books. Just a nice surprise from something that I thought was going to be a repeat of others with the same content. I was never so happy to be wrong.
