I like the concept that the author portrayed. Although the novel is well-written and easy to understand, i don‘t entirely like the characters. The characters are hard to connect with. Perhaps it is just me, but I found it hard- nearly impossible- to connect with Mia, the main character. Although it isn‘t easy to connect with the characters,i would recommend the book as a quick read.although the book totals about 200 pages,it isn‘t agonizingly long

The book, at first, seemed developed and well thought out. But as soon as the book got interesting, it seemed rushed. Granted the book started off as a pass time during a storm, it seemed almost too quick at some points. It left little to the imagination of the reader. Though the ending surely ends with a surprise and leaves the reader wishing for a definitive ending. Overall the book was good, but not a highly recommended book.

This novel by Nicola Yoon is an emotional, well-written novel. I highly recommend the book to anyone looking to emotionally connect with the main character, shed a few tears, laugh, and even become a little angry. Also, if you‘ve watched the movie and decided not to read the book then i‘d advise reading it anyways. The movie is in no comparison to the book. The book is MUCH better. and i can‘t wait to read more works by the author!!
